The Chamber's RAMP (Relationships, Advocacy, Momentum, and Progress) Advocacy event brings together public and private sector community leaders to plot out key opportunities to brand our community, grow our competitive advantage, and transform our quality of life.
Topics of the 2026 RAMP event Include:
*Broad Ripple Group, was hired in partnership with the new McLean County Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Heartland Community College to conduct a workforce study with a working committee including 35 organizations and dozens of interviews. Findings of their study and newly defined goals will be presented.
This informative and interactive lunch program will provide an opportunity for business and community leaders to share their perspectives and help shape what comes next. The conversation will be a pivotal step in identifying how we can collectively address McLean County’s workforce needs and opportunities moving forward.
